Toys are an integral part of childhood

Hello friends, I am back with another interesting essay. I have narrated my bond with a soft toy of mine and how toys are an integral part of childhood. I hope you like the essay and do subscribe and comment to support and encourage me. Thank you. Toys are an integral part of childhood Toys are indeed an integral part of childhood. Children are less social compared to adults or teens. They spend most of the time playing, observing, and learning. Every child has his own world of imagination and in this world, their best partners are usually toys. I too had a similar amazing world of mine and the best buddy too. This was when I was about five when my parents gifted me a soft toy monkey. Since the day I got it, I just felt monkey as my best friend. I especially loved the soft toy as it had a cute face, the softest fur, big twinkling eyes, and neat brown color. I would carry it everywhere I go. It would be with me at breakfast, outdoors, and even at night. I grew up playing with monk

Home life is better than Hostel life.

Hello friends, I am back with another essay and the topic is one of my favorite, so I have written this essay with all my heart. I hope you find the essay useful. if you have any suggestions do feel free to type it in comments below. Thank you. Home life is better than Hostel life.       Home is the place where child is under a roof with his beloved ones like mother, father and siblings. Whereas hostel is where students go to learn, away from home and parents. I think that hostel life is better than home life.      The major reason for hostel life being better is that the quality of being independent is induced in students. The hostel life provides opportunities like washing own clothes, tiding bed and our things etc. Which result as guide for the students and help them a lot in future. The students also learn time management skills and ability to solve problems on their own. These time management qualities will help the student’s life long, whether it be in collage or at job.

Keeping animals in zoo is cruel.

Hello friends, I am back with another essay and here I have shared my opinion on whether keeping animals in zoo is cruel.   Keeping animals in zoo is cruel.                    I think that keeping animals in zoo is very cruel. Centuries ago, we humans were also like animals. Only because humans were intelligent and evolved from their stone age ways, we can’t neglect that animals have equal importance on this planet. Animals have their own right and we can’t violate these by keeping them in zoos.                  We always say that, “Human is a social animal” and we forget that animals are too living beings on this planet. They can’t live in concrete prison with only interacting few animals of their species. Animals are not meant to be displayed for entertainment purpose. They are meant to live in the wild with their own ways. If we humans are kept alone, detached from people and society, we will face boredom, stress and depression. We can’t live like that right? similarly a

Thank you 2020!

Hello friends, Today I want to share my thoughts with you all.                                                   Today is the last day of the year 2020 and we all have last years sweet and sour memories, me too…...!! According to me the year 2020 is a year that came after many decades which taught us humans a lot of things that we will never forget. We all learnt so many things and the main is how to live in any situation with minimum facilities. Humans were running behind luxurious life than true relationship but I am thankful to year 2020 which taught me (us) family, relationship and respect nature and god. Past is something no one can change. All the mistakes, failure are incidents to be learnt and best forgotten to make new start and the new year is the best time to learn from past and begin a new chapter of life.  I also feel that this is the best time to stop and think ‘why did this pandemic occur?’ There was somewhere our humans mistake like excess soil, noise, water p

Superstitions

Hello friends,  I am back with another essay on superstitions. in the essay I have narrated how blindly following superstitions will backfire you some or the other day so we all must follow rational thinking. if you find the essay helpful do comment below and let me know if you have any suggestions. Thank you. Superstitions                Superstitions are irrational, unscientific beliefs of people regarding luck, fear, prophecy. It rises due to misunderstanding of science, fear, magic and even cultural tradition or individual experiences. I too had developed a superstition but it backfired me and I learned that superstitions are of no good and we all must develop rational thinking.           I had a football tournament the next day and I hadn’t washed my jersey after my last tournament. I washed it in the evening and left it to dry in the balcony. The next day as I was packing for the tournament, I realized that my jersey was wet as it had rained the previous night. I was alrea

MYSTERY OF THE GREAT PEARL..

MYSTERY OF THE GREAT PEARL.                     “This is no place for children. What is a little child like you doing here!” I gasped and looked back to see the manager looking angrily at me. I told him that I was living in room no. 420 with my parents. “I was just exploring the cruise”, I said. There was silence for a moment and then he said with calm expressions, “it is okay now go back to your room and never come back into my cabin.”                  I paced back to my room and started reading a book. I started feeling hungry so I decided to call the hotel staff to order some snack. I dialed the number on the intercom and then on the other end of the phone I heard a man shouting. The man was saying, “you can’t handle a thing, that silly boy could have seen the pearl today. Now go and hide it in…..” and then the line went dead. I called again but this time it was received by my friend and a member of the hotel staff. Actually, Ravi became my friend as he was very lonely on th

“Internet access must be limited to students”

Hello friends, I am back with another essay on the above topic. I. In this pandemic, there is the use of the internet almost most of the time in a students day, so I have shared my views on this topic. If you like it or have any suggestions please do comment and tell me. Thank you. “Internet access must be limited to students”               ‘Time is very precious’. I completely agree with this thought as time is the most important thing for everyone. The time that goes away never comes back, so everyone should make the most of the time they have. Especially students should use their time wisely. Nowadays children waste their time on social media and gaming applications and the root cause is the internet.             Children spend more time on the internet and mobile phones than spending time on studies or with family. In recent times social media applications have developed a lot and they attract numerous children. The students may gossip or chat with their friends, whom they haven’

He looked back and was surprised to see…….

Hello friends, today I have posted an original story of mine. I hope you like it.                He looked back and was surprised to see his friend John standing at the main door. John was Rahul's best friend, but they lost touch because John shifted to Weaselton. Rahul called his other friends: Jack, Henry, and Jane. In a few minutes, all the five friends were sitting in the living room, enjoying sweet cookies and lemonade made by Rahul's mother. Suddenly a letter was slid under the front door, which Jane noticed as she was very observant and alert. She got up from the sofa and handed the letter to Rahul.   Rahul opened the letter and keenly read it. He showed it to the others and said: "It says SM1508137." Everyone was confused what the letter was about? Henry guessed it might be a phone number. Then Jane said that it can't be a phone number as it has two alphabets and it is a 7-digit number. The group finally concluded that it might be for Rahul's father, s

It is better to be alone than in bad company.

Friends are an important part of everyone’s life. How many friends and which type of friends a person has, shows his personality and character, which is judged by society. A good company teaches us good habits but bad company leads us to the wrong path. We forget our morals and values to fit among our peers. My teachers, parents have always told me about it but I took it casually. Life taught me about the harm of bad company in a hard way.           I was a new student in school. I had lived in Kolkata for the past ten years and I had shifted to New Delhi. A completely new city with a different culture and atmosphere. In the first semester of school, I didn’t make firm friendship with anyone. It was the first day of school after the winter break. Our class teacher announced that we will have to make a science project in a group. This was quite a shock for me as I hadn’t any friends and this project had marks associated with it. I was very stressed about this situat
