Home life is better than Hostel life.

Home is the place where child is under a roof with his beloved ones like mother, father and siblings. Whereas hostel is where students go to learn, away from home and parents. I think that hostel life is better than home life.

The major reason for hostel life being better is that the quality of being independent is induced in students. The hostel life provides opportunities like washing own clothes, tiding bed and our things etc. Which result as guide for the students and help them a lot in future. The students also learn time management skills and ability to solve problems on their own. These time management qualities will help the student’s life long, whether it be in collage or at job.

In hostel life the students learn to live in a co operative atmosphere. There are many new people to deal with every day, which leads to development of communication and overall personality of students. The students share joy, grief, worries with friends and roommates which leads to strong friendship in students. They learn to take care of new comers and help younger students. Many opportunities also come where the students can showcase and nurture his/her talent.

In the hostel there is an atmosphere of studies and competitive atmosphere between students. In home life the students are in school for sometime but in the hotel the students live near teachers and there is a completely different atmosphere. In the hostel the studious roommates, libraries, helpful teachers near us create a stronger studious and competitive surrounding than in home life.

There are many advantages and disadvantages proving hostel life is better than home life and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The final statement would be that hostel life is definitely better than home life and every student must experience it.

Tidying my room I haven’t always been an enthusiast in cleaning and tidying my surroundings. So, my room is very untidy for my parents and they have always been urging me to tidy it. I love my things scattered in the room and am least bothered to tidy them. But the day finally came when there was no place to walk on the floor, no place on the bed to sleep, no place on the table and I finally decided to tidy things up. Firstly, I decided to clear the mess on the floor so that it would be easier for me to walk while cleaning the room. I exercise every day so the yoga mat was spread on one corner on which I had tripped many times. So I rolled it and kept it under the shelf. Those days I was engaged in a new hobby of painting and I felt that there is no better place to do painting than on the floor. So all the art stuff was scattered and I had to gather them up. I arranged the paint bottles in their case along with the brushes and kept them on the shelf with the sketchbook. T
